The vintners are ready and we have hand selected a wonderful array of local delicacies to try: olives, refined olive oils, homemade pickles, salami, fruit and vegetables and wonderful fresh breads.

So for a weekend of great riding topped of by fine wines great food and fabulous company join the event team of Bicycle NSW the wine ambassadors from The Good Juice and the Staff from the De Bortoli, Harrigons and Nightingales this September in the fabulous Hunter Valley.

'Gear Up Girl' - Women's Cycling Breakfast and Clinic!

Register now and don't miss out on the exciting 'Gear Up Girl' - Women's Cycling Breakfast and Clinic! The 'Gear Up Girl' morning will include a lovely hot and cold breakfast with guest motivational speakers. Following the breakfast we'll get to hop on the bike and learn some very useful practical skills such as gear changing, emergency braking, signalling and more. We'll also go through handy basic maintenance such as bits of the bike, how to clean it properly and changing a flat tyre. Each woman at the breakfast will also receive a surprise bag of goodies!

The breakfast is being run at Waterview Convention Centre, in Sydney Olympic Park, from 8:00am till 11:45am.

Tickets for 'Gear Up Girl' are $35, or $65 include your ride ticket in the Portfolio Partners Spring Cycle. To register, go to www.springcycle.com.au and click on the 'Women' page to register online or download a registration form.
