Dr Rissel Thank you for your letter of 8 March regarding my view on issues relating to cycling. In 2002, I initiated a free weight-management program for residents in Ashfield. The program was well received and the aim was to healthier life styles. In 2003, I received a letter from your group, requesting Council assistance in promoting the activities.
